We respect your privacy and we never provide any credit card or any other personal information to any commercial organizations or advertisers outside of Mini World.
We maintain our website "in-house" and any correspondence we receive from you via e-mail is directly to us. We do not believe in "selling" mailing lists or otherwise providing customer information to commercial organizations. See Doll Shows/Events for additional information. If you have any questions about our Privacy Statement or any other concerns, please contact our webmaster and let us know about them.
Credit Information
All credit card orders are processed in-house at Mini World; we do not subscribe to any automatic credit card processing services. We believe that our system provides for your credit safety. We receive your online orders 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and process them within several hours. We take every precaution to keep your information confidential.
Since every computer system may be subject to hackers, we encourage you to always check your credit card statements for any possible fraudulent purchases on your card, and notify us immediately if you believe that someone is making purchases with us without your knowledge.

Kids' Privacy
Although most of our customers and doll making visitors are over the age of 18, Mini World takes every measure to ensure that children's' privacy is protected. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and request that young people under the age of 18 have their parent's permission to request Mini World's catalogs.

Our webmaster monitors all the messages and other information that is posted on our webpages and makes every effort to ensure that the identity of children under the age of 18 is protected.
Mini World is in compliance with the 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Doll Shows & Events
Mini World is very active in the dollmaking community and because of this we like to keep our customers informed about various Doll Shows and activities around the country. We (Mini World) may, from time to time, email you with information about Shows and events that are being held near you. If you do not wish to receive any such notices, just let us know and we'll take your name off any future Doll Event mailing list immediately. Mini World does not provide any customer lists to any third party for direct postal mail except for the Kansas City Doll Fair ~ the Art of the Doll ~, which we are involved with as members of the sponsoring clubs, and on a nonprofit basis.

Email & Submission Forms
We have revised our method of how you electronically contact us. Although you can still email us directly to any email address listed for Mini World, our new submission forms are designed to make sure that all the information you need to give us is included in your mail. The forms work just like the way regular mail does except that they are sent over a secure server. We do ask you NOT to include any credit card information in your email.
Spam & What to Do About It
Mini World does not tolerate spamming of our customers or to ourselves. When we receive spam mail we make every effort to find out where the spam originated and contact the website directly. We have succeeded in having mail subscribers/spammers permanently removed from many mail sites. If you suspect you have receive a spam originating from our website, please contact our webmaster. We will get back to your asking for complete details, including a full routing header.

Mini World only emails a newsletter (very spoartically) and approved Doll Events notices to our customers, and will delete your name from our mailing lists whenever you request it.
