Ordering by C.O.D.
You must make arrangements to pay for an order by C.O.D. prior to ordering online. Then, simply shop as if you would be making your purchases by credit card, completing all the order process steps online. Only established customers are accepted for C.O.D.

Back Order Policy
Items that are on Back Order (Out-of-Stock) are listed as PENDING on your Invoice statement. We do not ship back-ordered (Pending) items at a later date - you will have to re-order.
If you have any questions regarding items marked PENDING on your invoice when you receive your order, please contact us.

Return Policy
NO RETURNS on SALE or CLEANANCE ITEMS ACCEPTED.

1. Ship the item back and INCLUDE a COPY of the INVOICE THAT CAME IN YOUR ORDER.
2. If you want to substitute the returned item for a different size, style, or color, just indicate the new item/color/style/size on the copy of the original invoice.
3. On the original invoice, write the reason for your return.
4. A copy of your invoice MUST accompany your return before it will be accepted.
5. Frequent returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. We will credit your Mini World account unless otherwise requested. Frequent Mini World shoppers will then have a credit balance on their account with us.

Shipping Policy
1.
We ship within the following 4 business days after receipt of your order.
2.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
3.
There is a 1 lb. minimum shipping charge on all US orders. We ship in boxes except for very small, lightweight items, such as eyelashes, which will fir into a USPS Priority envelope.
4.
Mini World adds a $1.50 handling charge to all orders in addition to the UPS or postal charge. This handling charge is included in your online order's shipping total.
5.
The exact shipping charge imposed by UPS, USPS and EMS is determined by weight, volume, and shipping destination, and a shipping charge is added to each order.
6.
US and International Customers: We automatically ship via the least expensive method, whether it be UPS, USPS CP, Priority, or EMS, no matter what is listed on your online order unless otherwise requested.

Continental US Customers:
You have a choice between USPS Priority and UPS Standard Ground. USPS Priority is cheapest for most orders under 3 pounds that fit into a 12" x 12" box; otherwise UPS is cheapest.

You can Request Shipping Preference other than those listed on our online order form by emailing us at the link above.

International Customers:
Orders shipped outside the continental US are automatically sent USPS Priority Air or EMS, whichever is cheapest. See Shipping Rates by Country for a comparison chart and please Request Shipping Preference on how you would like your order shipped if you do not wish to have your order shipped automatically. Customers are responsible for any custom duties that may apply.
9.
UPS no longer ships to a PO Box and no longer accepts cash for C.O.D. orders.
Please provide a street address when shipping via UPS.
10.
UPS orders: Continental USA orders not sent to a business address are shipped UPS Ground Residential Service (5-10 business days). UPS Commercial rates apply ONLY to business addresses
11. You may request: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Select, or UPS International Air, all of which are available for a higher shipping charge.
